Bermuda’s chess community announced the teams for the World Chess Olympiad 2024, to be held in Budapest from September 10-23.
A spokesperson said, “Bermuda’s chess community is abuzz with excitement as the island nation proudly announces its teams for the World Chess Olympiad 2024, to be held in Budapest from September 10-23. This year marks a special milestone, celebrating 100 years since the founding of FIDE, the world chess federation, adding a historic resonance to the prestigious competition.
